Privacy Policy
How Enkore handles website visits, email updates, and your privacy choices.
Updated 4 October 2026
Who operates this website?
The controller is Enkore Agency, Blokvucht 42, 4827 MD Breda, Netherlands. For privacy questions, email hello@getenkore.com. See Legal for business details.
Email updates
When you click Notify, you consent to receive Enkore release news and product updates. Your name and email address are sent securely through this website's server to EmailOctopus, our mailing-list provider. We use your name to address you in emails. Signup requires email confirmation before you receive updates.
You can withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in any update email or by contacting us. Re-entering an existing address does not overwrite subscription preferences. Your name and email are not stored in website cookies or browser storage; your browser may separately offer autofill.
Subscriber details are kept while you await confirmation or remain subscribed. After unsubscribe, a limited record of your email and subscription status may remain to respect your opt-out and prevent accidental re-subscription. You can request deletion; we may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell your subscriber information.
Visiting the website
MijnDomein hosts this website and processes technical information including IP addresses, requested URLs, browser user agents, and timestamps. Our legitimate interests are delivering the website securely, diagnosing faults, and preventing abuse.
According to the hosting retention information supplied for this website, standard access and error logs are retained for up to 7 days. Rotated or extended operational logs may remain for up to 30 days, depending on the hosting configuration. These periods do not describe copies exported to a separate archive; any separately preserved records require their own justified retention period.
The signup endpoint keeps a keyed hash of the server-observed IP address and temporary attempt counts in a private server file. It does not put names, emails, or raw IP addresses in that file. Rate-limit windows expire after ten minutes; expired entries are removed on the next signup attempt. This temporary processing helps prevent signup abuse.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and accepted requests to join our mailing list. It processes information about your browser, device, approximate location, page visits, and a cookie-based identifier. Your IP address is used during the connection; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google is a separate service provider and processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area.
Analytics is optional and based on consent. No Google tag is loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. Rejecting or closing the settings does not affect the website or email signup. Advertising tags, Google Signals, and ad personalization are not enabled by this integration. Names, email addresses, and form values are never included in its analytics events. A signup event records an accepted confirmation-email request, not a confirmed subscription.
Our deployment setting for identifiable user- and event-level Analytics data is 2 months, without resetting user retention on new activity. Google's standard aggregated reports are not subject to that same retention setting and may remain longer. Analytics cookies are requested for up to 180 days; cookie lifetime and server-side data retention are different.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to reject analytics later. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies; an already loaded analytics page reloads to unload the tag. Withdrawal does not erase data already collected. See Google's privacy information and the Cookie Policy.
Your cookie choice
Choosing to allow or reject analytics stores a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days. It records the choice and policy version, not your name, email, or a unique visitor identifier. Closing the settings or pressing Escape does not change consent or save a new choice. An older notice-dismissal cookie is never treated as analytics consent.
The desktop application
This notice covers the website. The website does not receive or process your editing projects or camera footage. Any separate desktop application privacy notice should be reviewed when the application becomes available.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the processing involved, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. Email hello@getenkore.com; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a safe channel.
You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority. Learn more from the European Commission.
Contact correspondence
If you email us, we use your contact details and message to respond and handle the enquiry. Our legitimate interest is providing support and managing business correspondence. We keep correspondence only while it is needed to resolve the enquiry or satisfy applicable legal obligations. Providing newsletter details is voluntary; without an email address we cannot send updates.
Service providers and international processing
We use MijnDomein for hosting, EmailOctopus for subscription management and email delivery, and Google for consented analytics. Their services may involve subprocessors and processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider processing terms and transfer safeguards govern these services; you can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. See EmailOctopus's privacy information and subprocessor information.
Website analytics consent is separate from email subscription consent. This website integration does not itself measure email opens or clicks. Any campaign-specific measurement must be described when used. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors using this integration.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when our services or data handling change. The date above identifies this version. A new tracking purpose, such as advertising, will require an updated notice and a separate consent choice before it starts.
